How To Build An Outdoor Kitchen

Over the years, outdoor kitchens have been constructed out of many types of materials.  The majority are made with wood or concrete and stucco.  Some popular wood used to build an outdoor kitchen has been teak or cypress to lessen the deterioration time, which happens to wood when exposed to the outdoor environment.  However, teak and cypress will over time develop the same problems as any other wood product and require maintenance of applying stain and sealant to prevent the inevitable deterioration.  Mold and mildew will also eventually find its way into all types of wood cabinets.  Concrete is used often to eliminate the risk of product breakdown, and can match very well to homes built in concrete such as in Florida.  If you are interested in that type of look, it is a sturdy, well-built way to construct an outdoor kitchen.  The downsides are giving up the storage space that cabinets provide and but you do gain cooking work space on the counter top.  Stainless steel doors and drawers can be built in to the concrete/stucco box but they are pricey and open to an unfinished interior.

Polymer was originally developed for use in the marine industry and is designed to be 100% water resistant.  However, not all polymer is the same.  A high-density polyethylene, our polymer board is a specially engineered chemistry of polymer that has undergone years of extensive research and development to perfect and eliminate any flaws. Through years of rigorous research and testing, the polymer board with UV inhibitors used for our outdoor cabinets has been perfected to have the proper expansion and contraction tolerances in order to completely withstand all outdoor elements including, sun, rain, saltwater and snow.  Our polymer outdoor cabinets are durable enough to power wash and come with a manufacturer’s lifetime warranty! All 4 corners are held together within their own polymer interlocking joints! Our cabinet boxes, drawers and shelves are all 3/4 inch thick for the best durability. Our polymer outdoor TV wall cabinet made from our all weather resistant outdoor cabinetry, helps to protect your TV from the weather.  The outdoor cabinet has sliding pocket doors as well as a lock to protect your TV from being stolen.  The TV cabinet can be wall mounted or built on the floor.  Available sizes are 32″, 42″ & 52″.
